We are sad to announce that, on January 29, 2026, at the age of 93, Betty Rose Sunderlage Getzelman (Bountiful, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Sunderlage and Ella Sunderlage (Krog); and her brothers, Gordon and William. She is survived by: her husband Lyle "Pete" Getzelman; her siblings, Shirley, Donna, Duane and Gene; and her sons, Neil (Jane), Harold (Jeanne) and Brian (Sarah). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her name may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church, or to St. Labre Indian School or The Native American Children's Fund.
