He is survived by: his wife Terri Lee Jefferson Burnett; his children, Jonathan Burnett (Shandra), Joshua Burnett (Amy), Justin Burnett (Sierra), Timothy Burnett (Vanessa), Emily Richards (John), Patrick Burnett and Peter Burnett; and his siblings, Duane, Roger Burnett and Diane Davis. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
