She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Nelson and Glaia Nelson; her close friend Gary; and her siblings, Gayla Schofield and Gary Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Cook (Laura), Christine Winck (Jurgen), Stephen Cook, David Cook (Kay), Catherine Russon, Jonathan Cook (Cecily) and Richard Cook (Tiana). She is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 139 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russon Bros. Syracuse Mortuary (1585 W 300 S, Syracuse, UT 84075). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Russon Brothers Syracuse Mortuary (1585 W 300 S, Syracuse, UT 84075).
