He was predeceased by: his mothers, Alma Bohn and Dorthy Bohn; his sister Carolyn Bohn Howes; and his nieces, Megan and Kelsey Bodell.
He is survived by: his son Kevin; his stepson Jeremy; his wife Christine Butler Bohn; his daughters, Ann (Aaron), Kelli, Stephanie and Natalie (Matt); his grandchildren, Rahzel (Lexi), Austin, Brock, Maleah, Kennan, Ashlyn, Addie, Breck and Airre; his great grandchild Raelle; his siblings, Carl and Colleen; and his caregivers, Natalie, Mary and Alina.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you consider donating to the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance or the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, both holding special places in his heart.
