He is survived by: his son Dave; his wife Annette Suzanne Easton; his children, Robert (Amanda), Thomas (Crystine), Melanie McMullin (Jeff), Katie Price (Scott) and Michael (Amy); and his siblings, Paul (Brenda), Mark (Carolyn) and Jan. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
