He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Manning and Jennie Eloise Fowles; his wife Annette; his granddaughter Nicole Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Jackson, Levi Jackson and Ty Goddard.
He is survived by: his close friend Annette Swaner of Darling Street, Ogden.; his daughters, Kristie Ann, Kathleen and Julie; and his great grandchild Millie.
