He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford W. Welch and Ruby Jane Parker Welch; and his wife Beverly Floyd. He is survived by: his children, Jim Welch (Annette), Lori Wilson, Kristine Wilcox (Brett) and Julie Stuehser (Steve). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great‑grandchildren.
