He is survived by: his mother Tanya Lee Powell Platt; his grandmother Josephine Platt; his siblings, Eric B. Platt, Alex G. Platt (Angela Lieber), Ariel R. Chu-Jon (Efrain) and Alia J. Mountford (Gage); and his nephews, Lloyd A. Platt, Otto V. Platt, Lawrence D. Platt and Jakobo E. Chu-Jon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
