It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garn Cleon Nelson in Bountiful, Utah, who passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hilton Nelson and Cleo Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Ida Ann Taylor; his children, Stewart Nelson (Jamie), Suzanne Thain (Tracy) and Stacy Nelson; his grandson Blake Thain; his children, Heather Barrett (Bridger), Madison Beans (Marquis), Ashlee Miller (Zachary), Ray Nelson (Megan), James Nelson, Taylor Nelson (Catie), Kristi Nelson and Nicholas Peters; his great grandchildren, Khloe, Millie, Brooks, Kendric, Remi, Elle, Mila, Callum, Marley, Bonnie, Taft and Charlie; his sisters, Grace Nelson and Iris Hales (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Rhea Nelson, Elaine Nelson, Janice Harris (Allan) and Paul Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
