He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mayhew Parker; and his children, Steven Glen Parker (Brenda), Roger Lee Parker (Marrla), Cheryl Ann Parker and Jay David Parker (Terri). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
