Golden Francis Davis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Golden Francis Davis (Bountiful, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleah Spongberg Woodhouse and George Wendall Davis; and his grandfather Goldie. He is survived by: his wife Ida Sharp; his family, Richard Davis (Chris), Bonnie Jean Davis, Jack Davis (Teresa), Kent Davis (Caroline) and Joy Frederiksen; and his grandchildren, Meagan Dunlap (Lucas), Tyler Davis (Sapphira), Michael Golden Davis, Mitchell Davis, Shaun Pace, Kirby Haslam (Jacob), Dallas Davis, Kersey Hatten (Brandon), Kenzy Patino (Jose), Rusty Frederiksen (Codi), Jody Frederiksen and Sam Earnshaw (David). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Bountiful 54th Ward Chapel (540 N 1200 E, Bountiful, UT 84010).
