He is survived by: his significant other Lynda Renee Samuelsen; his children, Brandt Holbrook (Gina), Jana Holbrook Eubank (Kevin), Leslee Holbrook Anderton (Chris) and Chase Holbrook; and his siblings, David Bernard Holbrook (Angela) and Kathleen Holbrook Jones (Ed). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
