He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Emily Stubbs (Bailey) and George Alfred Stubbs; his sister Barbara Stubbs; and his wife Marlene Louise Stubbs (Vogt). He is survived by: his son Evette Stubbs; his daughter-in-law Tracy Lynn Harris (Stubbs); his daughter Dale R. Harris; and his son-in-law Dale R. Harris. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
