Gwen left this world on October 11, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her son Ian Jacob Meredith. She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Meredith Jr., Steven L. Meredith (Kristy), Joshua C. Meredith, Christina M. Taylor and Gillian M. Steenblik (Michael); and her brothers, L. Frank Chaffin (Charlotte), Scott Chaffin, Brian Chaffin (April) and Lynn Chaffin (Norma). She is also survived by grandmother, Gwen leaves behind seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park (4500 S Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403).
