He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Elggren; his sister Dorene Jones; and his children, Denise Burnham (Jeff), James Rushforth (LeeAnne), David Rushforth, Debbie Twitchell (Jeff), Garth Rushforth (Annette), Marti Barker (Andrew) and Mindi Bender (Ken).
