She was predeceased by: her parents, John Aubrey and Myrtle Irene Brooks; and her husband Donald Basinger. She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Neal III, Stephen B. Neal, Julianne, David O. and Nathan E. Basinger. She is also survived by her children, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
