She was predeceased by : her significant other Bud Melvin; her parents, Oliver Winfield Powers and Ida Malinda Ford; and her siblings, Jean, Francis and Joanne.

She is survived by : her children, Rebecca Lee (Ken Christensen) and Bryan Melvin (Sharon); her grandchildren, Justin Lee (Autumn) and Jerika Park (Mat); her great grandchildren, Luna Rose Lee, Caspian Roy Lee, Atticus William Park and Irelyn Janice Park; and her sisters, Jessica and Joyce.
