He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Esther Ammonette and Paul Wade; his wife Sharon; his son Kenneth; his wife Darlene; and his siblings, Regina Hooton, Leotha Slagowski, AB Wade, Gene Wade, Pauline Brooks, Rowan Wade and Eva Nell Arbon.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Lou Wade (Betty), Richard Louis Wade (Robin), Lisa Kay Allen (Reed), Joyce Lynn Whitehead (Allen), Paul Louis Wade and Susan Lee Wales (Todd); his grandchildren, Trever, Jacob, Casey, Jaycee, Michael, Braden, Angie, Kestyn, Katie, Chanler, David and Samatha; and his sister LaRee Mitchell. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
