“I had the privilege of working with Joe at Farmers Market in the 90's. I actually met him through a mutual friend, Jim Peters. Joe was a very thoughtful individual who had a grasp on life! He actually took the time to bake me a birthday cake! I had just moved to UT from KY and was struggling desperately with the change. Joe actually understood and went out of his way to help me emotionally! I lived in Bountiful for 6 years. Thank you, Joe, for being the man you are! Michael Wallingford”
