Joyce Barlow left this world on July 27, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Layton Barlow and Mildred Brown Barlow; her close friend Alan Allred; and her granddaughter Rachelle Rodgers. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacie Rodgers and Jennifer Allred; her daughter-in-law Lynda Allred; her brother Douglas Barlow; her children, Steve Allred, Angela Sanders (Blair), Curtis Allred (Elise), Marshall Allred, Shannon Elton (Bret), Doug Allred and Scott Allred (Kristen); and her son-in-law Neal Rodgers. She is also survived by nine children — five sons and four daughters.
Viewing was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bountiful 14th Ward (600 E 1500 S, Bountiful, UT 84010). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
