He is survived by: his wife Lewilla Averett; his children, Kris Patrick (Daniel), Sherri Stringham (Dwight), Karen Anderson (Brooke), Roger Criddle (Becky) and Sandi Dunman Bromley (Dennis); and his brother LaVerl W. Criddle (Kathy).
