He is survived by: his wife Susan Swoboda; his children, Scott Swoboda (Kristie) of Georgetown, KY, Sabrina Blackwell (Tommy) of New Washington, IN and Sullivan Swoboda (Nathalie) of Heber City, Utah; his grandchildren, Krystal McKinney (Eddie), Andrea Goedeker (Kylie), CJ Swoboda (Anna), Austin Swoboda, Grace Tucker (Ezekiel), Amanda Helton (Kevin) and Ellie Blackwell; his sister Cindy Cooper (Jerry); and his sibling's children, Andy Oyler (Nina), Amy Mers (David) and Kelly Mackett (Jay). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 9 great nieces and nephews.
