He is survived by: his wife LuJean Hill Earnshaw; his sister Janice Earnshaw Tolman (Ray); his brother-in-law Harvey Price; and his children, Ricky Dean (Susie), Paul Carter (Yuen), Dallas Lane (Kassidy), Mark Kenneth (Peggy) and Jody Hutchings (Steve). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
