He is survived by: his children, Michael Scott Perkins (Michell), Karen Ann Ryan and Sherry Lee Mochizuki (Kevin); and his wife Gayle Renee Barber. He is also survived by his three children, 12 grandchildren, and 18 great- grandchildren.
