He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Vance and Norma Vance; and his sister Kay Neuteboom. He is survived by: his wife Lucie Grant Vance; his children, Glenn Vance (Cindy), Laura Collins (Steve) and Tyler Vance (Shanell); and his grandchildren, Mykaela, Sydney, Royston (Zinnia), Taylor and Mina.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Armory Building (246 E Myrtle Ave, Murray, UT 84107).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ducks Unlimited or the Nature Conservancy.
