He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Lake, Diane and Waldo Perkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Mia and Callie; his parents, Stephanie Lake and Alan Lake; his siblings, Jessica Rosemann (Shaun), Stephen Lake (Vy) and Dawson Lake (Kandis); and his grandmother Marion Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bountiful 50th Ward Chapel (33 S Moss Hill Dr, Bountiful, UT 84010). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bountiful Heights Stake Center (33 S Moss Hill Dr, Bountiful, UT 84010).
