He is survived by: his daughters, Mia Lake and Callie Lake; his parents, Stephanie Lake and Alan Lake; his siblings, Jessica Rosemann (Shaun), Stephen Lake (Vy) and Dawson Lake (Kandis); and his grandmother Marion Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
