Viewing was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Farmington LDS Chapel (549 S 1525 W, Farmington, UT 84025).
