He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliot Sampson and Elaine Revell. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim, Paul, Mark and Ruth; his wife Bonnie; and his children, Trina, Tamra (Jeff), Kent (Shari), Scott (Kristin), Brent (Isabel) and Sharon. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary (727 N 400 E, Bountiful, UT 84010). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to spend a little extra time with your loved ones-go fishing, play a game, or watch "Gone with the Wind", just as Ralph would have done.
