With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Fred Blake of Bountiful, Utah, born in Solomon, Arizona, who passed away on November 1, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Fred Blake Sr. and Clara Cardon Blake; and his siblings, Jeannett Hubbard, Marilyn Blake and Jesse Blake.
He is survived by: his sister Jeannette; his wife Susan Kay Kocherhans Blake; his children, Stephanie Blake Getter (Bruce), Scott Blake (Robyn) and Jennifer Blake Carroll (Brent); his grandchildren, Dallon Getter, Colton Getter, Makena Getter Aragon (Joshua), Cardon Getter, Jace Carroll, Bryan Carroll, Miranda Carroll, Adam Carroll, Ashton Blake, Savannah Blake and Aubrie Blake; his sister Carroll Brockman; and his caregiver Mallika Veetut. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Self Reliance program of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
