She was predeceased by: her parents, Lapreal Heaton Frandsen and Perry Lacartus Frandsen; and her siblings, Vivian, Bernice, Gwen, Grace, Miles, Donna, David and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Hall (Debbie) and Rebecca "Becky" Poppe (Richard). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 49 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the LDCC Chapel (1880 Parkway Blvd, West Valley City, UT 84119). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
