He is survived by: his wife Chris Fordham; his children, Mark (Kesia) and Shelley; and his sisters, Edna and Charleane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1476 N 300 W, Bountiful, UT 84010). Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
