He is survived by: his siblings, Darryl (Karen) and Carol Ann Thayer (Ron); his children, Mary Ann Fowles, Sherrie LaRee Fowles Italasano (John), Robert Edward Fowles (Cerina Call), Darla Rae Fowles and Shauna Gay Fowles Chumakov (Vladimir); and his wife Lois O'Donnell.
