Scott Douglas Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Douglas Smith in Bountiful, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 19, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Russell Smith and Orien Margaret Andersen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Alice Johnson; his children, Douglas Smith (Anna) of Bountiful, Brendan Smith (Sara) and Shannon VanNice of Draper; his siblings, Gary Smith and Debra Newcomb; and his grandchildren, Will, Lillian, Alice and Peter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 2633 S 50 W, Bountiful, UT 84010. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
