He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jean and Emma Jean; his sister Kathleen; and his niece Lari Ann. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Henry First Raised III, Kory Bouwhuis (Cory) and Kami First Raised; his grandchildren, Sadie and Daniel; and his former wife Kimberly.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial (1640 Lakeview Dr, Bountiful, UT 84010).
