She is survived by: her children, Kevin Smith (RaeLynn), Gary Smith (Marilyn), Christina Booher (Don) and Meresa Malin (Rocky); her brother Ewald Leverkus (Cathy); and her siblings-in-law, Karen Smith and V. Jay Smith (LaWana). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
