It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea Marie Hoffman of Brigham City, Utah, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Amy Hoffman; and her grandparents, Thomas H., Mildred B. Shupe, Edward Hoffman and Lois Evans.

She is survived by: her parents, Charles Jerome Hoffman and Zella Richards (Ron); her children, Micah, Luke Osborne, Ryker and Carson Peterson; her siblings, Chuck Peña-Hoffman (Samantha), Zachary Hoffman (Madison) and Athena Hanson (Eric); and her nieces and nephews, Akila Hoffman, Michelle Hoffman, Shelbee Hoffman, Alexander Hanson, Adin Hanson, Mikaela Hoffman, Wade Hoffman, Rayni Hoffman, Ezra Hoffman and Maelei Peña.
