He is survived by: his former spouse Janeal Hunsaker; his daughter Stacie Kofoed-Butler of Tremonton; his grandchildren, Hayden, Tucker Kofoed and Sarah Turpen; his brothers, David Jensen (Rochelle Lucille) of Willard, Rick Jensen of Hyrum and Austin Turpen; his great grandchild Hazen Kofoed; and his nephews, Ricky Jensen (Kortney), Ryan Blair Fronk (Krista) and Derek Mosher.
