He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stanley Jarrett and Delta Jane Howell; his siblings, Donna, Von, Earl and Emma; and his great grandchild Joshua Todd Jarrett.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Newton; his children, Shauna Petersen (Hugh Dee), Christie Romer (Larry), Michelle Gardner (Craig), Clark Newton Jarrett (Lisa) and Randy Clyde Jarrett (Jenise); his siblings, Arlene Jones and Glen Ray Jarrett; and his family, Joetta Hirschi, Michelle and Craig. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to help further Alzheimer's research.
