She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Alfred and Gene Hess Bouck; and her husband Jack David Payton, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hoskins (Matt), Robert Petersen (Amy), Holly Smoot (Ken Spomer), Mindy Spencer (Destin Southern) and David Richards (Tiffnee); and her siblings, Debbie Ebling and Tyler Bouck. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
