She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Thompson Chambers and Thekla Anna Drechsel; her former husband Carl Sterzer; her husband Allen Jay Green (Red); and her son Alex Jay (AJ (Brandi)).
She is survived by: her siblings, Armand Miller (Ellie), Stanley Chambers (Margaret), Donald Chambers (Patsy) and LaVon Chambers Johnson (Johnny); and her sons, Steven (Marilyn) and Mikel (Annette). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
