She is survived by: her child Life Specialist; her siblings, Kaylene Deakins, Jolene Moulton (Robert) and John Jensen; her sister-in-law Connie Jensen; and her siblings' children, John, Cameron, Steven Jensen, Nathan Jensen, Aaron, Ryan, Travis Moulton, Shana Jensen, Brandy, Crystal Deakins and Hayley Moulton. She is also survived by Seven grandnephews, seven grandnieces and one great-grandnephew.
