She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Guymon and LaVon Guymon; her in-laws, Glen and Rae Mildenhall; her siblings-in-law, Ben Mildenhall, Tom Mildenhall, Dorr Hanson, Darrel Leamaster, Suzanne Mildenhall and Sheryl Mildenhall; and her nephew David Leamaster.
She is survived by: her husband Scott; her children, Jacob Mildenhall (Tressa), Amy Mildenhall, Jennifer Skipper (Brent) and Matthew Mildenhall (Morgan); her siblings, LaRae Leamaster, Dana Hanson and Ross Guymon; and her grandchildren, Eric, Reagan, Benjamin, Sydney, Jeffrey, Millie and Kit. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law and many beloved nieces and nephews.
