He was predeceased by: his aunt Loraine Barker; his siblings, Richard Barker, Betty Martin (Wilford), Carol LaVell Smith (Don), Lynn Barker and Robert Barker; and his siblings-in-law, Lynette Barker and Kent Archbold.
He is survived by: his spouse Cleanne Braegger; his children, Jeanette Knudson (John), Trisha Heath, Kenneth Barker Jr. (Sheila), Rachel McIntire Jr. (David), Anthony Barker (Katherine) and Steven Barker; his siblings, Patricia Archbold, Gerald Barker (LaRee), Judy Rich (David) and Cindy King Jr. (Pastor Garland); and his siblings-in-law, Renee Barker, Marilyn Barker and Richard Braegger (Debby). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and many honorary children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
