He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Murrel and Edna Mae Cain Tinney; his son Richard Tinney; his grandson Phillip Tinney; and his siblings, Robert, Willard, Leona Hutchens, Betty Waterhouse and Mary Ann Conley.
He is survived by: his significant other Lois Hunsaker; his children, Donnell Manzo, Amy Chesler (Tony) and Kenneth Murrel Tinney (Cindy); and his sisters, Wanda Worrell and Alice O'Dell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson.
