He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Dunn and Marion Dunn; his brother David Paul; and his son David Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Kitty Rhodes; his children, James and Alexis Johnson (Ron); his brother James Dunn; and his grandchildren, Sabrina Timothy, Sierra Nava, Byron Johnson Ben Johnson, David Johnson, Bella Johnson Noah Andrade, Adia-Myles Dunn, Lieutenant Colonel Bill Shepherd and Richard Grover. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
