He is survived by: his wife Jill Smith Jensen; his daughter Madeline; his son-in-law Josh Wageman; and his siblings, Noel Jensen (Ann Marie), Julie Korth (Neal), Kent Jensen (Jill), Bruce Jensen (Nancy), Linda Suliafu (Daniel), Karen Velasquez (Paul) and Jared Jensen (Rebecca). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
