He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Kelly Kowall and Ernest C. Kowall. He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberley Rankin, Barbara Treschitta (Domenick) and Bret Allison (Mike Sims). He is also survived by uncle and nieces and nephews.
