She was predeceased by: her father Joe O Ruiz. She is survived by: her husband Everardo "Ed" Salazar; her child Ashlei Ranae Salazar; her grandson William Avery Spencer; her mother Angie H Ruiz of Brigham City; and her siblings, Joey Ruiz, Susie Day (Jeremy), Maggie Maylin (Andy), Erika Velazquez (Ricky) and Abel Ruiz.
