He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Elkins and Wilbur Thomas Elkins Sr.; and his grandchildren, Taden and Sadie. He is survived by: his wife Karen Farrell; his children, Cassie Peterson, Jackie Johansen, Joivana Luthi and Josh Walmer (Tasha); and his siblings, Mike Farrell (Carol) and Susan Poulsen. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
