He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret LeMoyne Blinn. He is survived by: his father Melvin Joseph Beard; and his siblings, Kim Pannell (Tim), DeLite Clegg (Carl), Michele Maxwell (Richard), Heidi Barrett (Adam), Joe Beard (Melissa) and Todd Beard (Kim Beham).
